Round 4: Day 73 Redux - Just Arms

Forearm curls make me veiny...

I think I pushed a little hard at my indoor tri on Sunday and then doing back to back workouts yesterday pretty much ensured that my whole body would be sore today.  It feels like every major muscle group is bruised and tender.  I realized standing up after doing a set of seated bicep curls today that my quads and calfs may actually hurt more than my arms...which I wasn't even working today. 

Note to self, doing 30:15, Insanity and Just Arms within a 25 hour period may be too much.
