Round 4: Day 78 - Diamond Delts

She likes her diamond delts, but unfortunately for me she likes real diamonds better.

Ms. Gias did the Trolley Run this morning (she PR'd - great job sweetie!) so we pushed off Diamond Delts until this evening rather than this morning so she could make it to her race.  It's the last Diamond Delts of this round, so I really pushed it on the weights and went heavy. 

Ouch.
